Lately, the flatulence has been decreasing continuously, and it looked like the issue would soon be resolved. Then, the day before yesterday, I had terrible headaches, and my first thought was that I had caught the flu from my son. Odd, considering I’m vaccinated, but after experiencing very strong flatulence as well, it was clear that the fungus was still dying.
It might also be interesting to note: 3 bowel movements in one day! Clearly, the body is aware that something urgently needs to be transported out of the body.
Endgame?
Yesterday, the die-off symptoms improved after a terrible night, but this morning I woke up with headaches again.
Interestingly, I can’t remember the die-off ever lasting much longer than a day before. Maybe these are signs that we are slowly approaching the endgame. As if not just small parts, but the entire mycelium has started dying.
